Prize Eligibility
To be eligible for a prize, all of the following conditions must be met:
- ▸Logged into the official Tournament site (ranking page) and completed entry with your own account
- ▸Using an Exness account linked to the designated IB (Introducing Broker)
- ▸Entered during the tournament period and met the trading requirements (minimum trades, lots, etc.) set by the Operator
- ▸Not in violation of any disqualification conditions defined in these Terms and Tournament rules
- ▸Able to comply with identity verification as requested by the Operator (if required)
- ▸You have not withdrawn from the tournament (participants who withdraw are removed from that tournament's ranking and prize eligibility, and may not re-enter or resume participation by changing accounts)
Ranking Finalization
- ▸Rankings displayed during the tournament are provisional standings and may differ from final results.
- ▸After the tournament ends, the Operator will conduct a review period for data verification and fraud investigation before finalizing rankings.
- ▸Finalization of rankings may take up to 14 days after the tournament ends.
- ▸Appeals against ranking changes after final confirmation are generally not accepted.
- ▸Final results are determined based on the account equity as of the exact contest end time (open positions are valued at their market price at the end time). Price movements and position closures after the contest end are not reflected in the final results.
Prize Determination & Distribution
- ▸Final prize determination is based on the Operator's systems and data. In case of discrepancies between the participant's trading platform display and the Operator's data, the Operator's data shall prevail.
- ▸Prizes will be transferred to the designated Exness account within approximately 2 weeks after the tournament ends. However, this timeline may be extended if fraud investigation is required.
- ▸If multiple participants share the same rank, the prize for that rank will be split equally.
- ▸Prize amounts are set by the Operator per tournament and will be paid as announced. However, amounts may be adjusted based on participant numbers or operational circumstances.
- ▸Any taxes or fees associated with receiving prizes shall be borne by the recipient.
Fraud & Disqualification
If any of the following actions are confirmed, or if fraud is reasonably suspected by the Operator, the participant will be immediately disqualified and forfeit all prize rights.
- ▸Participating with multiple accounts (regardless of ownership)
- ▸Creating multiple accounts or submitting multiple entries as the same person (including cases where the operator reasonably determines, based on technical signals such as the same IP address or device, that entries were made by the same person)
- ▸Cross-account hedging (buying on one account, selling on another)
- ▸Collusive or coordinated trading with other participants (including pre-arranged opposite-direction trades between participants and organized participation aimed at splitting prizes)
- ▸Inter-broker hedging or arbitrage
- ▸Deceptive actions (false entry information, using another person's identity, etc.)
- ▸Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
- ▸Violating Exness Terms of Service
- ▸Any other actions deemed by the Operator to compromise tournament fairness
Fraud detection and determination are conducted at the Operator's discretion using proprietary systems. Participants agree that the Operator's judgment regarding fraud is final. Disqualification may occur without prior notice.

- ▸Detailed conditions for signal distribution are governed by a separate Signal Distribution Agreement.
Tournament Modification & Cancellation
- ▸The Operator may modify tournament rules, duration, prize amounts, or suspend/cancel the tournament due to force majeure (disasters, system failures, broker policy changes, regulatory changes, etc.), with or without prior notice.
- ▸The Operator shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by participants due to such modifications or cancellations.
Operator's Discretion
- ▸Matters not explicitly covered in these Terms shall be determined at the Operator's reasonable discretion.

- ▸The final decision on prize awarding or withholding rests with the Operator, and participants agree not to dispute such decisions.
- ▸The Operator may modify these Terms without prior notice. Modified Terms take effect upon publication on this site.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
