Change IB for a Tournament Account
If you already have an Exness account, you can join by changing your IB (introducing broker). It takes up to 3 business days.
Log in to your Exness account
Log in to your Exness member area from the official Exness website.
Open Live Chat
On desktop, click the yellow chat button at the bottom right; on mobile, open the menu at the top left and tap "Live Chat".
Request a partner change in the chat
In Live Chat, send a message saying you want to change your partner (for example "Change Partner"). The bot will reply with a link to the partner change form — open it.
Fill in and submit the form
Fill in the partner change form as follows, then click Submit.

Wait for the IB change to complete
Processing takes up to 3 business days. You'll be notified by email once it's done.
Open a tournament account after completion
After the IB change completes, open a demo / real account for the tournament. Accounts created before the IB change cannot join.
* IB change takes up to 3 business days. If you're in a hurry, opening a new tournament account with a different email is faster.
