How to Check Your Account Info
How to find the account details you'll enter in the entry form (trading platform, login ID, and server name) in your Exness member area.

Step 01
Check your trading platform (MT4 / MT5)
At the top of your account card you'll see "MT5" or "MT4". That is the "Trading Platform" for the entry form.

Check your Login ID (account number)
The number after "#" at the top of your account card is your account number. You can also open the details with the "∨" button and copy it from "MT5 Login (MT4 Login)" at the bottom.

Step 03
Check your server name
Open the details with the "∨" button; the "Server" shown at the bottom is your server name (e.g. Exness-MT5Real5). Enter it in the "Server Name" field of the entry form.
Once you've found them, enter your Login ID, server name, and trading platform in the entry form.
